Returns Spring 2025 at the MCA Holiday Theater in North Denver.
Curated by Wade Gardner, founder and executive director of Denverdocsoc. Member of the SF Int’l Film Festival screening committee and accomplished civil rights documentary filmmaker whose debut feature, Marvin Booker Was Murdered (2017), earned the prestigious Soul of Southern Film Award from Indie Memphis. His hand selected lineup will present diverse viewpoints of stories around human rights, civil rights and the criminal legal system.
The films and discussions over the course of the screenings are part of our ongoing work to present the best experiences while engaging with non narrative storytelling.
